Ah, Monday’s. After a weekend spent relaxing and unwinding, it always seems like the weekend ends and Monday rolls around way too quick. While many of us may experience those Monday blues a little too often, it doesn’t have to be that way! With a little planning and a positive headspace, Mondays can easily become your favorite day of the week. Think of Mondays as your way to start the work week off with a fresh mindset, ready to conquer whatever comes your way.

Here are a few tips to help kick those Monday blues to the curb:

Plan Monday on Friday

One of the best ways to ease into a Monday is by planning it ahead of time! At the end of your day on Friday, write a to-do list with all of the tasks you need to complete on Monday. This will give you a headstart on the upcoming week so feel prepared and ready to tackle your day.

Make a Monday playlist

Who doesn’t love a mood-boosting playlist to get them ready for the day? Whether it’s your favorite pop songs to get ready to or some chill lo-fi beats to get you in the zone during work, music is always a good idea to keep you energized, focused, and in the right headspace.

Put on your favorite outfit

They say confidence comes from within, but a good outfit sure does help! Whether you’re working from home in your new favorite pair of leggings and an oversized t-shirt or heading to the office in a pants suit, an outfit that you feel confident and comfortable in is key to feeling your best on a Monday.

Monday’s don’t have to be so bad. To find out more tips on how you can make Monday your favorite and most productive day of the week, check out the infographic below.
