Traditionally, women have found it difficult to receive equal treatment and pay compared to their male counterparts. It’s no secret that men have an advantage in the workplace for more reasons than one. It’s also no secret that women in the workplace are at a disadvantage.
The good news is that women in the workplace are finding more and more success in nontraditional occupations. These occupations are providing women with more opportunities and higher salaries compared to traditional occupations.
